This guy needs to take them to the court , not just set for 'dismiss them' otherwise they will keep all pensions and benefits. Cops have right to use physical force to detain you when you resist but going overboard is a criminal offense.

Oh now the black men and immigrants are not going to respect the cops here like the black men in America , they’re gonna gamble on getting sympathy from someone video taping them….good luck!
