This opens the door for sickos on “the list” to claim that they can control themselves if they have a robotic child. This program needs to be discontinued. Artificial intelligence is still intelligence and I will not tolerate sickos taking advantage of an emotionally aware child android.

1:15 The ethical implications are rather in using AI emotional recognition technology which will create a huge humanoid emotional database for the AI and then using the humans against themselves. Exactly in the way that psychopathy uses emotional recognition and emulation to trick someone into believing in their feigned concern. The implications of this are massive.

these have miles to go..this obviosly still an early development stage…probably amother good 10 years to go before we can start thinking about autonomous walking humanoid robots

Abel is WAAAY into that uncanny valley. Especially when it smiles, omg.
I don't believe for a moment it can consistently and reliably read human emotion. They had every opportunity to demonstrate it doing so in the B roll but didn't.
Seems like it'll be a great horror movie prop though

Ya that's frightening — and without any obvious purpose!

few robots can process human expectations when their circuitry and power source have been submerged into criminal clinton crew corruption fraud lies theft fear censorship and cowardice. few can function when they are magnetized, like sharks, then led across a trajectory of little 'treats' but told how important and respected their courage and service is. thats why much of democracy still will look to europe for a rational application of scientific significance and expertise as opposed to the propped up biden regimes amnesia and criminal ford flopped freakshow experiments.
