Kadyrov dances as Grozny celebrates
http://www.euronews.net/ The President of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov has danced on a specially constructed stage to celebrate the City Day of Grozny which conveniently has been moved to coincide with the leader’s own 35th birthday.
Kadyrov has been president for over four years. He was previously head of security and has amassed his own personal militia which numbers in the thousands.
Rights groups and locals claim they ruthlessly execute the president’s decrees and permeate society with fear.

I was in Chechnya this summer. It's not impoverished at all. Looks way better than Philadelphia or LA. As for the rights groups why they don't ask anything about people's rights in Dubai? Also Muslim society, no LGBT rights at all.

Well, this is kind of cute. But, how can one be happy after killing LGBTQ people? Keeping a woman happy and having many children does not wash away other sins.
