Dozens rescued from collapsed Chinese mine

http://www.euronews.net/ There has been a rare bit of good news for China’s dangerous mining industry with 45 workers pulled alive from a colliery in the country’s Henan province.

The men had been trapped underground for 36 hours after a small earthquake caused a shaft to cave in and then an explosion.

Eight workers died in the accident on Thursday, while 22 others were rescued or escaped shortly after.

The latest rescue will come as a big relief for authorities who are often criticised over the high number of mining industry deaths every year.

    This is rather staged event than a real news. Remember that 2 year old girl run over by minivan in chinise Guangdung and no one any 18 passerby adult did not even look at poor girl. Well that is true chinese moral. You can search here "2 year old chinese girl" key words.

Bank of America executive Erin Piacenti has been named as the victim killed in New York by a woman who stabbed two people in Times Square before being fatally shot by police. The woman has reportedly had a history of mental health issues, according to the NYPD.

French Foreign minister Laurent Fabius is handed a draft climate agreement which politicians at the Paris “COP21”:http://www.cop21paris.org/ conference will now get to work on to produce a final pact on slowing down global warming.
