The goal posts keep changing. We need x amount to be vaccinated to get herd immunity and then they go actuality we were wrong. Just look at Israel the most vaccinated nation on Earth is having a resurgence. Now they're saying in Israel to get a booster shot already and to go back to social distancing practices. Sounds like they actually don't know what to do. It's trial and error.
