Published

on

Kenyan wildlife service’s rangers shot dead a stray male lion on Wednesday (March 30, 2016) on the outskirts of the capital Nairobi after it attacked and injured a local resident.

KWS manages the country’s safari reserves, including the Nairobi National Park on the outskirts of the capital. It said a mob had gathered around the lion, forcing them to gun it down to avert any further injuries.
