Brexit needs the four year review period banded about, where the UK stays in the Customs Union. All else is gross negligence. President Elect Biden won't accept the GFA being compromised and neither should the UK Government.

Long delays already. And that's just a small Trail run. Great inconvenience and disruption to local traffic with Motorway Junctions closed due to 'parked' Trucks.

The solution to long delays at ports ( should even indeed there be any ) is not to hand over exclusive and immutable legislative and judicial controls over your country to a foreign power.

Actually we have more than one port in the UK felixtowe handles easily the majority of the goods coming to and from the UK from outside the UK and all on WTO if the EU want to play poitics with Trade Business will always find its easiest and most profitable way to trade . Its like shopping when you have freedom to chose . Take a look at the wine isle how many european wines do you see not many and that is with zero tarriff ,add tarriffs and they will dissapear or the producers will reluctantly drop their prices to keep the sale , Either way their Government will need either to compensate or explain good luck with that one.

This is purely an EU propaganda channel set up to keep the remainers happy and stop them getting triggered over the now inevitable ‘no-deal’ that is about to happen in the next couple of weeks!
Lets show a clip of lorries queuing on the M2 caused by a strike in France and totally unrelated to anything and try and spread fear that this is what the U.K. will look like after a ‘no-deal’!
We don’t export much to the EU and have a huge trade deficit! So if your project fear stories come true and I was one of the 85% of international hauliers that will be affected by extra checks, then I would expect to see a queues on the French side, more than twice as long as most of these lorries will be empty on the return journey and not even need any checks!
What’s more unbelievable, is that there are people on this weird channel that has popped up in my feed for the first time ever (and about to be blocked) that are making a living as mouth pieces for Brussels for spreading this fake news!
No journalism to be seen here, just hacks!

Scaremongering, it wasn't that when the French customs decided to strike, the fact is there won't be delays unless the French decide to be awkward.

Trucks are checked already for smuggling/ smugglers and to see what they contain so nothing new, fake and bad journalism wonder who paid for this to be published the EU. Dangerous goods and goods passing through Europe to a non EU countries are already checked, this is nothing more than scare mongering. But how you can compare a strike with normal business I don’t know.

Long delays in England and France. Like when the French fishermen blockade the ports on a regular basis. Like when French farmers block all the approach roads to the ports on a regular basis. We’ve been through this plenty of times before when the French want to moan about something that they don’t like. A few more times won’t hurt. 😂🤣🇬🇧🏴
