Quran doesn't believe in brotherhood with non muslims,so beilievers of quran can't be secular, there are three ways suggested in islam
1st:Darul islam:means if you're in majority dominate other religions, haras them, and force them to accept islam (which happens in islamic countries)
2nd:Darul harb:means if you are in minority try all the ways to become majority and then dominate
3rd:if you are in least of population, surrender there(means pretend of secularism and brotherhood
These all things are suggested in Quran, is it a holy book? Whatever i believe in the end love and peace will win and hate will lose, I'm using my mother's comment box in her phone, that's all
