Turkey you are going the path to ruination nobody wants you no eu country wants you as well as Egypt Saudi Arabia Israel even Russia and the Usa who have stayed out a little have warned erdogan not to push his luck . Erdogan stop the empty threats stop invading Greece’s airspace on a daily basis and invade Greece’s maritime . You will be dealt with the nice way but if that fails you will be dealt with the hard way . What erdogan sais and does are two different things even your own military personnel don’t want erdogan so watch yourselfs you could be demolished pretty quick your not the power you think you are

It's hard to be Turkish because you fight rest of the world. But it's even harder not to be Turkish because you fight the Turkish.

I never watched any program or publications that Greeks themselves propose any professional document or publications to defend their rights. Because they can not. This is not only because of their local-minded political vision that is none-synced with global arena. This is also because of their unprofessional politicians and legal concerns that frightens them. I see Turkish side always proposing maps and presentations to the world while Greeks just talk and cry like spoiled kid. Why don’t Greek public raise their voice to their politicians and say “Be professional and propose your claim professionally to all the world. You are killing our image”

Greece will have to realize that the Aegean and Mediterranean Sea are not Greek inland waters. Turkey is by far the largest riparian in the Aegean and Mediterranean. Nevertheless, Greece claims that Turkey has no right to an economic area there.
At some point they forbid Turkish fishermen to leave the Turkish port because they are allegedly in Greek waters.
If the EU and all Greek supporters do not see this irrationality, then everyone will have to watch Greece face its next big catastrophe
experienced. It was long overdue for the Turks to create a clear picture there.

Throw him out of NATO already. What the f..ck are they waiting for!? He sabotages every step he can, Irak, Syria, Libya, refugee crisis, now east med. He's bought oil from ISIS and delivered them weapons, but he's wining about Kurds as terrorists. Do something finally

    TO PARAPHRASE DONALD RUMSFELD:
"It's a pity that God put ×Turkey's× oil under other people's land and water"

    TERRITORIAL WATERS:
Why is Turkey describing the possibility of Greece extending its Territorial Waters in the Aegean to 12nm as "casus belli" when Turkey has already extended its TWs to 12nm in the Black Sea?

EXCLUSIVE ECONOMIC ZONE OF THE GREEK ISLAND GROUP OF KASTELORIZO:
Turkey says that Kastelorizo is too small, too far away from the Greek mainland and too close to the Turkish mainland to have an 'EEZ' in favour of Greece… that it should in essence disclaim its Greek sovereign rights. Applying the same 'logic' to Copenhagen, one could argue that the Swedish sovereign rights of the small capital of Sweden could be disputed because it happens to be located ON the mainland of Denmark! Totally laughable 😂

    INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE:
Why does Turkey refuse to resolve its disputes with Greece in a peaceful and civilised manner at the highest authority of International Law, The Hague? Greece has been proposing this for decades

  24. @okan7589

    March 29, 2024 at 1:11 pm

Turkey is right in this case , if you see the claim from Greece it is so ridiculous

  25. @MARINVIEW

    March 29, 2024 at 1:11 pm

Have you seen the map what Greeks claims. It is a total BS . Ganging up against Turkey is a noting more than a crusaders dream from 14th century, this issue should be approached by dialogue and diplomacy . Greece should give up on their secret ideas of party thawing in Turkeys backyard. Turkey is been calling for dialogue cince 2012 to resolve this issue. There is no magic to it except to sit on the table

The Turkish president seems to be holding a "hammer" in his hands. Any obstacle in front of him is just a "nail". This is the new form of “war-diplomacy” he applies to those states and leaders that do not serve his aspirations

Satellite TV: beaming pictures from the stars – Space

Published

on

This summer the World Cup will be watched live on TV the world over, and it is all thanks to satellites thousands of kilometres above the earth.

Each goal, each foul, the joy and the pain will be relayed from the pitch to the living room within an instant, by bouncing the TV signal off an electronic platform floating high above the equator.

But how exactly does it work, how are the satellites managed from the ground and what risks do they face in orbit?…
