Elon Musk suggests Double Decker Highways & Tunnels underneath to solve chronic traffic jams , solar and kinetic energy all along . He is right , in my opinion, although in Europe , which is so compact , VTOL eCars, eDrones & ePlanes make also a lot of sense. He is in Texas, USA , where distances are huge over wide open spaces, he is no so keen on his Tesla cars getting electric VTOL Rotors for now .
