    The Liberals are asking why so many people have their travel plans restricted when the worst that could happen is a few terrorists enter the country. A little terrorism goes a long way so it may not be too much to ask that we take a time out to get our vetting ability up to speed. ISIS is at war with us. Why give them the opportunity to infiltrate our population the way they have in Europe?

    First of all, it's not a 'Muslim Ban'.  Visas are suspended for people from 7 countries: Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen.  These countries were designated as national security risks by former president Obama. So, blame him, not Trump.

    The biggest terrorist lives among us: George Soros! Cut the root of the problem, which is funding from George Soros to protest organizers who create confusion and misinformation. Place sanctions on Soros financial safe havens harboring Soros money and laundering institutions such as The Quantum Group of Funds in Curaçao and Cayman Islands and the Open Society Foundation. I understand Soros is banned, from among others, Russia, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Hungary already and has several warrants for his arrest for similar activities. Any country harboring him or his financial institutions should be considered complicit to his crimes. I suggest you google his name and references to the above will surface.

    Wrong title, the New York judge did not rule against Trump's Muslim ban. The judge ruled there would be an exception made for these people that were caught in transit to America when the ban was enacted. They were already onboard planes heading to America when the ban was enacted. The Ban is still in effect and a judge has no power overrule Trump's executive order. This was just for the few people that were caught in between the law taking effect.

    These so called( Executive orders) are not the be all and end all some may think. Wiser and much smarter men in the past have put in place checks and balances for this very reason. Guarding against the unlikely but possible circumstance that a (tyrant) might weasel there way into high political office.

    The New York judge didn't stop the ban. He doesn't have the power to override a president's executive order. He just did an emergency ruling to allow the ones that were on planes and in transit when the ban was declared, to come in.

    These two people served the US govt. abroad hence won the suit. The Executive order is not unconstitutional and hence will stay in all cases generally.
