The collection displays sophisticated, controlled women in knits, wool and deep fall colors, who have an artistic wild side that’s slowly coming out. You can tell by a touch of color that stays in her hair,” says Lagerfeld’s co-partner, Silvia Venturini Fendi, “Probably she was painting.” Colors are very important in this collection, as if the model was mixing them while she was doing her artwork. Ladies go wild after they take their coat off–you can see this with bits of gold, long furs, and mixing of different materials and colors. The shoes are masculine T-straps, almost like children’s shoes for grown ups.
