Clinton and Trump throw political punches in TV debate
US presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump clashed over the economy, jobs and foreign policy in an often heated first televised presidential debate in New York.
They may have begun with friendly handshakes but soon they zeroed in on issues seen as weaknesses. Clinton went for Trumps’ tax declarations or lack of them and Trump raised the email scandal which has hounded Clinton.
