He should have took the Strategie of isolationism and isolated his people. Now he has no chance of doing that but back then around 80% were stalinistic or at least pro soviet. Idiot did everything wrong in installing a dictatorship.

Pres. Lukashenko appears to be holding back the externally-supported forces of subversion and destabilization in Belarus 🇧🇾. He clearly has protected his people and navigated powerful and heavy forces bearing down upon Belarusians. He has preserved and protected a certain level of standard living for his people. He is under-credited by externals.
Continuing : Lukashenmo is not a television comedian controlled by EU elites , like Zelensky. Lukashenko has preserved Belarusian sovereignty and national identity. He negotiates with Russiya. He does not allow foreign influences to dictate what Belarusians are , nor what they believe , think , say and do. In contrast , Zelensky just is mindlessly obedient to EU elites ever since his comedy person was slyly elected to Ukraine's presidency.
Lukashenko is a great patriot and a loyalist. He is steadfast in protecting his people and their land. He will be treated well by historians writing genuine accounts of Belarusian history.

now Belarusians have a great opportunity to overthrow Lukashenko. Get rid of this tyrant himself and we will take care of Putin. Belarusians want democracy. Get organized and take to the streets, we all remember how it went with Gadaffi, Saddam and Bin Laden – it is possible. in the long run, perhaps the EU and NATO are the solution

Lukashenko is in a tough spot he can't align with neither Russia or EU and can't go his own path cause he is landlocked.

How he has managed to stay in power for 26 years without being overthrown or invaded is amazing.

He is smarter than Putin and EU combined.
    It's not an easy job.

  37. @Marc-.

    April 4, 2024 at 1:59 pm
