Making his official debut on the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) runway calendar, three-time Emmy Award-winning costume and fashion designer Zaldy brought theatrical synthesis and high-glamour storytelling to New York Fashion Week.

For spring/summer 2027, Mithridate Creative Director Daniel Fletcher turns his gaze to 1980s London and the subversive spirit of the New Romantics. Debuting steps away from the iconic Blitz Club site, the collection, titled “Fade to Grey,” channels an era defined by unabashed self-expression, androgyny, and theatrical flair, reinterpreting it through a distinctly contemporary, nonchalant lens.
The runway presented a masterclass in contrasting proportions and eclectic styling, pairing broad-shouldered jackets with shrunken knits, micro shorts with billowing trench coats, and low-slung briefs with fringe-scarf ties. Military garb from Victorian and Edwardian uniforms met dancefloor escapism through feather-covered bodices, bubble-hem party dresses, tulle-trimmed gowns, and Noel Stewart bicorn hats.

Ill be honest, this show is an example of why they dont put "heavier" models in professional shows more. STOP SHAKING EVERYTHING. This show looked terrible as a whole. You can still be sexy without bouncing/shaking everything you have.
