Türkiye is not Erdogan. The biggest reason for this bad situation that Turkey has fallen into thanks to Erdoğan is the West (usa+eu=NATO). The West created a deep wave and first introduced nationalism and then religion to Turkey. Now they look at this tsunami they caused and call it a disaster. But I would like to convey to my European friends that Turkey is more important for Europe than it seems, and if these dragging down policies continue, this will not only be Turkey's loss, but Europe will also experience this. Just like the European Union is important for Türkiye… We have many mutual or joint interests.

Erdogan is angry that freedom of expression to burn a Quran or Burn a doll that looks like him as a protest is hypocrisy.

Hypocrisy is supporting ISIS and Jihadis in Idlib and else where in Syria. who are killing innocent Muslim Kurdish children and mothers.

Now you tell me which one is hypocritical. Training and using Jihadis to kill Killing innocent Muslim Kurds in Syria and Iraq is bad or just burning a book or burning a doll?

Orban aligns himself with outer powers: Russia, China or Turkey – to become more independent from the EU. This is a big problem for European strategic interests

Orbay just wants Turkey to forcibly keep 5-10 million refugees in his country, and he is being pro-Turkish as long as he finds an authoritarian leader to do this. We, as Turkish people, do not want so many refugees and we hate the EU and our government that signed a migration agreement with the EU.

Talks about Hungarians and Turks not being 'real' Turks started as usual. Friends, these days no one carries the thoroughbreds of their ancestors. Whatever you are, you're not 'original' either. Don't you have anything better to do than try to tell people they're not Turks? 😅 Stop acting like professional genetic scientists and realize a fact: Even if these people have 0% (!) Turkic DNA, what they experience is called "Turkishness". That's the important thing. As a result of the dispersion of a nomadic-warrior nation all over the world, interaction with many different cultures and religions occurred. However, what unites all these people is that, despite all their differences, they feel the same things under the Turkish identity. There are hundreds of millions of people in the world who identify as Turkish, and I am sure that one day this will play an even more unifying role.

  24. @freeeagle7464

Hungarians If they think that democracy is about building a sultanate and some feudal monarchy, they should be kicked out of the EU and NATO.

I think that Europe should start talking hard to Hungarians and tell them directly whether they understand what Western civilization is all about or not because if they don't they should be kick out of the club.
