As it stands now, the two-state solution is just a red herring. As we speak Israel is building more settlements in the westbank and continues splitting up the westbank into multiple mini-gazas. You cannot freely travel in the region without passing through Israeli checkpoints and the settlements are absolute no-go areas for Palestinians. Israel will just keep building settlements until a two-state solution is politically infeasible and in the meantime the “solution” just keeps being pushed to the future.

Recognizing a country that controls basically none of its claimed territory is borderline crazy

I am not sure what EU thinks when they talk about 2 state solution. Should not you first need to recognize palestine state before going to 2 state solution. It shows how hypocrite is EU….they show that they care but actually they dont care about 2 state solution.

Rather than an outright united recognition of Palestine, I can see an important amount of EU states recognizing Palestine as a way to pressure the rest of the EU into recognizing it (which might or might not succeed).

It's better for Spain to not put it's nose where it doesn't belongs. In any way a recognition of a state that doesn't exist has as much importance as if Spain would have recognized that the moon is made of cheese.

Im unsubscribing’ NOT because the. Host’ but TLDR failed to claim the history of how palestine was stolen, and treats it like a forced fact, israel.s existence is people fleeing into Palestine, killing and kicking out the natives…. Oh btw the eu has zero power ,israel is seen by 450 million Arabs as a other crusades that we will kick out again soon…. Tdlr unsubscribing because your perspective is WHITE EUROPEAN as fuck ( which is fine, u do u) its just uneducated and only European centralized

Palestine needs military and economic support from the Arab world, not "recognition" from pasty faced Anglos who have absolutely no business whatsoever outside of their national boundaries (treaties excepted, and they have none with regard to Gaza)

The only solution is annexation of Judea ans Samaria and turning Gaza into a Palestinan state. Make an autonomous zone and giving citizenship to Palestinans in the countries they were born in.

The real reason we don't want to recognize Palestine is because Israel is dependent in the West, we trust them to represent our interests in ME. We don't trust non whites, and don't really care about human rights. (…but dont say this out loud)

In this video, we’re going to take a look at the ruling in France and explain why, while it might be good news for Le Pen personally, it is actually probably bad news for the National Rally and thus the French right.
