70/30 principle is the better way by engaging students 70 % time by learning by involving them in action .learners spend 70% time practicing and 30% bing taught (listening) which is more or less like hands on practice. Teachers spend 70% of preparation 30% on what they will teach. Stimulate students active learning by shifting from passive learning..
