Violent brawl erups in Turkish parliament
Scuffles erupted inside the Turkish parliament on January 11 during a heated debate over proposals to expand the executive powers of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
Reuters reported lawmakers from the ruling AKP and opposition CHP parties brawled on the floor of Ankara’s Grand National Assembly of Turkey over the constitutional reform bill, which would give Erdogan the power to hire and fire government ministers.
Under the proposed new constitution, Erdogan could serve as president until 2029 after serving two five-year terms.

Von der Leyen: Russian drone incidents in Europe are the ‘new normal’
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said Europe must prepare for a “new era of European security” after Russia was blamed for a drone sabotage incident last month. NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte said the Alliance must have the capabilities it needs to address such threats.

Unlike some of our friends here, lawmakers of opposition party is fighting for democracy and secularism in the parliament. I can't think any greater cause for fight. It isn't "being animal." It is a fight for freedom.
