   The messed up thing here is that actually more black and mixed race staff in football in England as a percentage than there are black and mixed race people in the country… means there’s already equality. What you’re going for is a higher % that’s not equality that’s dominance.

    I support a campaign providing equality of opportunity, one that helps people understand what they need to do to be suitable for all roles/jobs. I don't support a campaign that focuses on the gaining of powerful positions for one ethnicity. Which is this? Sounds a bit wrong to me.

    3 percent of the UK'S population is black and 13 percent of Londoners are black. What disparity is there? You don't want equality of opportunity you want equality of outcome which never works. Best person of for the job regardless of the colour of the skin.

    I support Liverpool. There are only 8 British players out of the whole 25 man squad, 4 of whom are black and mixed race (Trent, Gomez, Ox & Curtis Jones). So that's 4 White British players (Henderson, Milner, Harvey Elliott & Robertson) out of our whole 25 man squad…. and Stormzy's arguing for MORE representation 😂 Shall we just ban White British players entirely Stormzy? Will that solve/end racism?

    Yes I don't think this is the right way to go about it. Needs to be ABIT more organic not rammed down people's throats like this. If someone's talented enough I believe they'd be giving the chance.. They shouldnt be giving the role based on there ethnicity. Clubs gonna start doing that to just get the numbers up? I wonder what the numbers are.foe ethnic managers applying for jobs and being turned down are. That would give you a better idea

No matter how to want to dress it up, if you support this you are actively subverting that principle. No white person should ever give any money to the organisations involved again.

    Total agree with equality. About time we had more white players in the premier league, reflecting the ethnic balance of this country. It would be good to see more white players in African nations where there’s clearly an imbalance
