   Dear Ch. Scholz and Pr. Macron : Europe had allocated ~€ 17 billion for Kiev Government since 2014 , the US has provided ~$ 7 billion since 2014 to Ukraine , many Experts are wondering if the Kiev Oligarchs think that as long as there is a potential Military Conflict, the EU and US will provide them with € billions ? Ukraine makes huge profits charging EU on the Gas going from Russia to Europe , and they want more , so this is to force the EU to pay more and only to Ukraine ?

   France and Germany are in "business" with Russia and are not part of the Budapest Memorandum, the agreement to respect and protect Ukraine's sovereignty, signed by GB, US, and Russia. It must be a meeting of Ukraine with Russia, the US and GB, to settle this Russian violation of Ukraine's sovereignty. Germany is dependent on Russian and their natural resources and will do nothing for Ukraine, but preserve their business interests. France is impotent and wants to continue business with Russia. Only the US and GB have an interest to live up to their signatures on the agreement when Ukraine was pressured by Russia to surrender its nuclear weapons.

   Did I heard that the Ukrainian government said they will implement the Minsk agreements exclusively in their interests?! How does it even work?
   Let me give an exemple: I sign a sale and purchase agreement for my house. I implement only what is in my interest which is to receive the price money. To give the property to the buyer is not in my interest so I don't do it. Is this how life works?
