Community tensions rise as police investigate London soldier murder
http://www.euronews.com/ Flowers have been laid at the scene where a British soldier was killed near the Woolwich army barracks in south east London.
Police are still trying to establish what happened on Wednesday afternoon.
Witnesses say two men used a car to run down the victim whom they then attacked with knives and a machete shouting “Allahu Akbar- God is Great.”
Around twenty minutes later a police armed response unit arrived and shot the men but not before one of the suspects was filmed by a passer-by justifying his actions.
The killing sparked a terror alert with suspicions raised that this was a possible jihadist attack.
One of the alleged killers is reportedly 28-year-old Michael Adebolajo – British but of Nigerian descent.
Muslim leaders in the UK have strongly condemned the attack declaring it was not carried out in the name of Islam.
Many fear a backlash against Britain’s Muslim community raising the spectre of more Islamophobia.
Muslim Political commentator, Mohammed Ansar, said: “What we have seen is a ratcheting up of tensions, we have seen hysteria about Muslims and Islam, fear and hatred and xenophobia against foreigners and immigrants and, in that political caldron, these kind of sparks can cause real, real damage and that is the danger, that communities do not turn on themselves.”
But as police investigate whether the killing was part of a terrorist plot or carried out by so-called ‘lone wolves’, there have already been two attacks on mosques in the south east of England. The British National Party has issued anti-immigration statements and last night members of the far right English Defence League (EDL)clashed with police.
“Enough’s enough. Our message is – enough’s enough, ” said EDL leader Tommy Robinson.
“We have weak leaders, weak police. Our police, our leaders tiptoe around this issue. This issue is political Islam. It’s political Islam that’s spreading across this country.”

This is the reaction to the way Muslims treat non-believers. There are over 108 commands to kill non-believers in the Quran. These are open ended commands with no historical references or dates so they are as relevant now as they were when they were first written. The Bible is not written in this way. Yet the Bible is for sure a problem on this planet and not defending it.. however Islam has been a cancer on this planet – just watch the news and see for yourselves

You should care about if people get treated shitty too, not just because its morally wrong, but also it is the vulnerable position of many migrants which allows job agencies to rip them off, and employers (incl. foreign ones) to treat them like they'd never get away with against a brit.
This makes immigrants more employable than English, and also drags down English peeps wages so in turn affects some of us too, yet why turn on the people who're only doing what you'd do in their position?

Of course if they break laws and act like bastards they should be punished as we should, but things like the 'life in the uk' test and stuff are a waste of time and just a way for the gov to make more ££.

most immigrants actually want to work. and they work hard. where i live its only brown people you see on the bus at 5.30 a.m. they often get treated extra shitty too. of course there's some who take the piss, just like theres some white english too getting pregant even though tey can't support themselves, and all that and who can blame them when prospects are so shite.
also remember the west has shafted a lot of coutnries where immigrants come from. milked their resoucres and all sorts

I hate all religion,it has no place in the world anymore. only reason i never said anything about christians is as this is a video about muslims. dont try and be smart
i blame the benefit system on labour (but i especially hate it going to foreigns that dont want to work). I can blame people for taking advantage, i was out of work for 2 years and didnt go on benefits because getting to live for free is wrong.
