Using already built technologies to create the next clean energy is the key : Use old Gas and Oil Pipelines to carry desalinized drinking and farming water, turn nuclear power plants into hydrogen generators, build local urban organic vertical farms with clean energy in every EU City like your segment here on FRAMLAB . EU should finance this specifically. Let's remember it all starts with smart Semiconductors, algorithms and software to get it right and don't waste any EU Funds. Eventually fresh waters from Greenland and Arctic will be delivered to the South as liquid gold .
