Brexit leaders are DELIBERATELY misquoting Tusk because then the attention is taken away from their monumental failure. They did not have a plan for brexit and they think they can shield from the consequences. Tusk finally articulated what everybody else is too afraid to say. For those who wrecked Great Britain the only place for them is in hell.

I voted leave and I had a plan Donald. Stop free movement, reduce the amount of cheap labour to push up wages (already happening) also reduce the pressure on housing to bring down house prices, possibly even burst the massive house price bubble and crash the housing market so that my kids and millions of others in the UK are no longer forced to be generation rent.

There is a special place in hell for Donald Tusk and his sycophants. With such a divisive issue as Brexit I very much doubt even the best laid plan would have been sufficient to appease the EUnionists. They just want blood because the UK dared to think of their own interests and they don't want other countries thinking maybe they can escape the slaughterhouse too.
