The Exchange: Business leaders at COP26 want tangible concrete objectives to combat climate change
The pressure is on for global leaders to make positive steps towards combating climate change, as the UK gets ready to host COP26 in Glasgow on 31 October 2021 for twelve days finishing 12 November.
The summit hopes to fast-track the goals of the 2015 Paris Agreement and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change and make significant strides forward. This includes achieving net zero emissions by 2050 and keeping global temperature rises to well below 2 degrees, preferable to 1.5 degrees Celsius.

There is good news for motorists in Madrid, with city officials deciding not to extend unprecedented anti-pollution traffic restrictions imposed on Thursday.
Cars with even-numbered plates were banned from using roads in the Spanish capital for the day, with fines of 90 euros for offenders.
But the smog levels have reduced, meaning traffic can return to normal for now.

If I'm a devoloping country, I won't buy this BS, they want to reduce your emissions while they already throw tons of it there and abused it, they telling you to stop your progress while they already at the top and abused fossil fuels. The west don't give a f in Kyoto Protocol and Paris treaty, its in history.. Why would poor countries comply if rich countries who represents the 86% of greenhouse gases in our atmosphere don't comply? Russia,Chiba and India have rights to not go there.. Its just BS..

Isn't the COP26 trying to bring G7 countries together because they still have NOT taken any action towards Climate Change?
From G7 to the NATO it’s all talk about China, China and China.
Isn't the G7 a meet-up of self-appointed good guys to talk about democracy
and believe they still can decide the fate of the world?
Is the G7 now starting feeling paranoid
that China’s economy will become bigger than all G7 countries combined very soon?
Isn’t the US trying to stop that train but it cannot be stopped?

Europe must switch to Electric Transportation and Smart Grid while keeping stable prices of Oil,Gas, Nuclear and Coal , and then after all it's Vehicles are electric , then start switching to Solar, Wind , Wave , Hydrogen, Batteries ,etc. Right now without Oil and Gas and Coal, where EU gets it's Electricity ? From where ? The anti EU lobby is working to convince Europe Leaders to stop using Oil and Gas and Coal while still not having Electric Vehicles and Grid ready , to increase Electricity prices through the roof and bankrupt EU , so they have to spend all their Funds on expensive Electricity instead of rebuilding their economies after the Pandemic. Will EU 27 Leaders be that clueless and fall for this Oligarchs trap ? Where will Europe get cheap Electricity if they start closing Oil, Gas, Coal and Nuclear Plants ? From where ?
