Serbia had openly gay prime minister for 3 mandate in a row and China just didn't care. USA should learn from China how not to interline in other Countries affairs even if it doesn't suit their political view. Also what exactly makes Serbia illiberal if i may ask since the commentator said it?

In line with neoliberalism the US and the EU exported their industries to China. Now China is so rich and powerful that it dictates the West the conditions. Thank you neoliberals.
And Sholz is just a tool (together with most Western leaders). Germans thought that opening EU market will open China to EU high value exports. Now China is telling Germany that if they want to sell cars there they will need to produce them in China. Great achievement.
We need to reindustrialize and become independent from China.

Does Lithuania's so-called pro-Hong Kong protest movement not qualify as interference in China's internal affairs? What has China done to Hong Kong that requires such indignation from Europe, thousands of miles away? In the end, these are merely pitiful individuals who claim to know the truth. Just as they believe the people of Xinjiang are being enslaved, they cling to such ridiculous lies, and it is悲哀 (tragic) that Europeans would believe them. If a country is riddled with problems, how could it possibly have grown to become the world's second-largest economy? Was it whipped into shape? Having a brain is a wonderful thing, but not everyone truly possesses one. If Lithuanians and Poles consider their opinions important, do the views of 1.4 billion Chinese not matter? As part of China, what justification is there for Hong Kong to become a playground for foreign spies? Would Britain, Germany, or Lithuania itself tolerate such a situation in one of their provinces or cities? There's an old Chinese saying: "Do not do to others what you do not want done to yourself." Before you comment on others, try putting yourself in their shoes; sometimes, what they are concerned about is their survival, not your casual talking points. Moreover, I suggest you also protest against the U.S.'s brutal suppression of university students, if you have the courage and the freedom to do so!

The more YOU invest in China economy the harder the children of Europe will be living in the future because China will make sure to enslave them all. Revenge, I guess. China's economy is 18 trillion in 2024 and just 24 years ago it was only 1.2 trillion. Serbia, being the littlie Russia in the south east of Europe will suffer the most. Just search for Radinac cancer rate. Hungary, the allowed nation to have a dictator is the next victim. China does not care about tomorrow. What they care is today.

It's common misconception that anyone who doesn't follow America blindly are automatically labeled as CCP bots, which isn't exactly the case. There are practical reasons on why they should maintain some partnership with China. Considering how the Washington treats its allies. For example Reagan imposed 100 percent tariffs on Japanese products for almosg no reason and the spying on Germany in 2013.

Even before the whole 2021-2022 thing, in 2019 chinese nationals including embassy staff disrupted a pro hong kong protest in Lithuania, you can say that's when the view of China (at least to some extent) really soured in Lithuania, and the next year a new government with a positive view of Taiwan came into power and the ball started rolling

Speaking frankly, it seems there may be some misunderstandings regarding Lithuania's stance, unless they can demonstrate that they have not been influenced by a particular logic, such as that of the United States. On the issue of Taiwan, it's perceived as quite disappointing when a country deviates from its long-standing position. Such actions can be viewed negatively. Moreover, it's puzzling to see that such a course of action does not appear to benefit their nation in any way. For a smaller country to offend a larger one and avoid a fate similar to that of Ukraine is indeed remarkable."
