looking at this in 2020, the Carnegie man hadn't got a clue, yes the UK is losing some but the EU is losing a whole lot more that's why they have been trying to delay the whole thing, he had know inkling that the UK monetary contributions were so vital to the EU project , he also couldn't see the worry on the EU side that the UK would become Singapore in the north sea, or that other countries might start to see advantages to leaving

What a load of crap…. The UK does NOT need to create anything new, nor is the UK in "Undiscovered" territory…. England has been a world super power LONG before the EU and its form of Government has been copied all over the world…. NO you bespectacled twit…. The UK does NOT need the EU……the EU, and more so Belgium, needs the UK….. We may have been born at night, but NOT last night!

First deal we should do is with Mr Putin so that we can be part of the arrangement that keeps the EU in check.

Ya hear him? EU would love to punish UK for leaving both economically and with tangles of red-tape. and to blackmail other nations with fear of same But they do not dare because other EU nations are already sick and tierd and wised up. These Germans are very easy to understand when you keep interpreting their language or translations

The UK lost a lot when a trade agreement became a soviet bureaucratic nightmare.

Now, bit by bit they will get back their independence at which point the EU will probably collapse is screaming socialist heap.

What a load of tosh, Britain has gained so much by leaving. Where as the EU Project only loses. But it's not about that. It's about the people having their say and these rich and powerful types now throwing a temper tantrum.
