The first amfAR gala was held in Cannes in 1993 and has since happened all over the world from New York to Venice. This time, it took place in the middle of Milan Fashion Week with another important black-tie event at La Permanente. FashionTV Presenter/Actress Hofit Golan, in stunning pink Dolce & Gabbana, was on hand to interview VIPs like Sharon Stone and amfAR chairman Kenneth Cole. “Today, we have made over $400 million for AIDS from this particular vanity case that I designed scientific research for Louis Vuitton,” Sharon Stone tells Hofit Golan and FashionTV. On the red carpet, FashionTV caught glimpses of the evening’s live performers Theophilus London and Anna Calvi, as well as Solange Knowles.
