Which came first "depression" or "junk food"?

I strongly believe the processed, chemically laden food just confuse the body. Humans are not evolved enough to recognize these "new and improved" junk foods/GMO's and cause disease and obesity. If you live in the US, do yourself a favor find a produce stand near you. Grocery chains are too expensive and the quality is just not there.
