    Yes there is a discussion about the evidence of who did it & no matter who did it there is a plan to put down the sectarian violence that is being committed by both sides in Syria & Russia is now one of the Major powers considering that plan under a UN mission & not a USA coalition. However, if Russia backs out of a Security Council-NATO mission they may still support it since they have abandoned their support for Assad's Regime. While there is no evidence rebels did it, how could they anyway?

    The Rebels are called the FREE Syrian Army… they consist of soldiers & civilians who created the FSA when Assad's genocidal maniac government regime started shooting protesters during a Rally years back & the soldiers who refused comply with Assads orders were also gunned down but some of them survived & were helped by THE SYRIAN PEOPLE & protestors & then created the Free Syrian Army to fight for the people so ask your self morons why would the FSA gas the people they fight for?

    The petro dollar works this way: supply & demand. Now the petro dollar is what makes powers on earth become greater powers on earth & economies rise or fall based on the performance of the petro dollar in their economy.

    If China stopped using the petro dollar the only thing that would happen is their economy would die like grass & go back to cold war era status when they were too poor to rate. Then Supply & demand for India & Brazil would increase & India would become 2nd largest economy fast.

    IF China pisses off the USA in say the Senkaku Crises or by a continued invasion of Taiwan independence, I can tell you that the USA will surely boycott China imports. The USA DOES NOT NEED China products, people just think the USA needs it but that was nothing more than a WTO deal to try to inject cash flow into China so they could create another Super power & go back to cold war peace competition which was better for the world in terms of peace & stability.

    The USA has a much higher amount of imports to exports vs China which has higher exports to imports. That's why China is growing & the USA is not, but that is by USA design, because they wanted to allow another Major power to catch up but China can't catch up quickly enough, their too slow & too stuck in the cold war mind set.

    Further more dumb ass… you're totally wrong, China's Import/Export vs America's Gross Domestic Product is very small but China's Domestic product is less than half of America's. America can pay down it's debt to foreign holders easily & only 47% of it's debt is foreign and China has the largest share but it's only 26% of the 47% & thus it's easily paid. But guess what moron, USA's imports are higher than it's exports but China's is in the reverse, if USA's boycotts China's growth is toast.
