NATO member Romania builds shelters to protect citizens from Russian drone attacks
The government has warned people in eight villages to take cover in the shelters if they hear an air raid alert.

Those bunkers look super thin…I was wanting to say "the sandbags probably help", but honestly it kinda makes me think they know they're not capable of stopping them, and are building some window security to make the residents feel better
