Media reports Afghanistan is heading towards Bankruptcy and actual hunger. What an unnecessary situation. Where are the wealthy Gulf Sheiks ? Pakistan ? China ? Seems like only Library Buses work , financed by International Community. The Taliban should ask all Afghan Woman to start participating in Afghan Economy, Culture, Media , Industry , Exports and Politics , or Afghanistan will collapse , in my humble opinion. How can the Afghan Men not see it ? What are they afraid of ? Very sad !

Anelise Borges is a brilliant and knowledgeable journalist who risks her life to keep these important matters alive. She certainly does know her cultures, so not sure what comment from "chillman" is about, it's certainly not fair. Have you seen her report on the story of Aquarius?

Why is the journalist always interpreting their behavior as disrespectful or mean. They don't talk and look to non-relative women out of respect. That's a cultural thing in the whole middle east like some Asian countries people do not have/less eye contact. You can't go to a country without even knowing the basics of its culture 🙄

I'm hopeful that the Taliban would be a good government as long as they stick to the Quran and Sunnah. Our prophet muhammed s: said that he doesn't fear the poverty of his followers, but he fears the rich of the world. Becaue when people get rich they forget Allah. I make dua to Allah that he blesses the Taliban with the capability to recover the country and rule it with Islamic teachings. This journalists are spreading false news.
