Lukashenko: Putin guaranteed me ranking of colonel
Belarus’ President Alexander Lukashenko jokes that he’s still awaiting Vladimir Putin to select him as a colonel after he offered in the Soviet military.
” Putin is a colonel, he guaranteed to assign me as colonel – he still hasn’t done it,” Lukashenko stated in a meeting.
