Pr. Macron & Pr. Da Silva : To solve the Differences between Europe and Mercosur ( Brasil, Argentina , Paraguay, Uruguay) and all South and Central America/ Caribbe, in my opinion Advanced Logic AI Data Centers are one solution, to build a new fair platform where small Farmers and Ranchers have a fair chance, as good as large Farmers and Ranchers , to get an honest and fair deal . This new platform of Trade has never been done before .All Farmers and Ranchers must be online , to compensate for prices, regulations, transport , currencies, etc. Artificial Intelligence can calculate 10.000 potential transactions and propose the best ones for all sides, in theory since it has never been done before . I would ask Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos , apart from Amazon and their Cloud, but including satellite broadband. Or India and China will do it , in their own terms. The smart move is to try right now , in my opinion.

Baltimore Key Bridge had no piers defenses, no Piers "Concrete Dolphins" they call them, and Engineers are alarmed since it was codified as a " must have ". " Old safety lessons may haunt Baltimore Bridge Tragedy ", The Maritime Executive. The question for Europe is : How many European Bridges , with heavy Container and Large Ships traffic under them , don't have Concrete Fenders, Concrete Dolphins, around the Bridge Piers ?
