US Navy chief could face sack over lewd videos
US Navy Captain Owen Honors faces a battle to keep his job after he appeared in a number of lewd videos that surfaced on the website of an American newspaper.
Honors made the videos in 2006 and 2007 to entertain the crew of the USS Entreprise aircraft carrier while he served as its second-in-command.
The 49-year-old, who is now the Entreprise’s commanding officer, is shown simulating masturbation and making a number of anti-gay jibes.
The US Navy called the recordings “clearly inappropriate.”
