🔴 Official commemorations are taking place as Norway marks the 10th anniversary of the July 22, 2011 right-wing terror attack in Oslo, where Anders Behring Breivik set off a car bomb outside the government headquarters, killing eight people and wounding dozens. Later, dressed in a police uniform, Breivik opened fire on the annual summer camp of the left-wing Labor Party’s youth wing at the island of Utoya. Sixty-nine people were killed, most of them teenagers, before he surrendered to the police.
