Oscar de la Renta Fall/Winter 2012/13 Show at New York Fashion Week NYFW | FashionTV

SUBSCRIBE: http://bit.ly/FashionTVSUB

http://www.FashionTV.com/videos NEW YORK – Oscar de la Renta may be known for the ladies that lunch, but those luxe ladies just got a whole lot younger! It seems he wants to open himself up to a younger audience, at least where things like social media are concerned (which he’s already doing with the popularity of his PR assistant’s Twitter handle OscarPRGirl and his current livestreamed shows.) The young feeling also came through in his clothes, with ball gown skirts, the kind only princesses could love (and young girls could wear to the ball to meet their future husbands.) There were also the smiles on the models’ faces, the poofy hair, and the sweet floral prints. Of course, there was still the signature Oscar de la Renta boucle skirt suit for older women but they were so mixed into the youthful set that they were hardly noticed. After all, how does one notice a suit or cocktail dress when there are so many full bodied gowns for Cinderella to go around?

Appearances: Kati Nescher, Ginta Lapina, Emily Baker, Cara Delevingne, Codie Young, Daphne Groeneveld, Antonia Wesseloh, Nyasha Matonhodze, Jourdan Dunn, Arizona Muse, Anais Pouliot, Jacquelyn Jablonski, Daria Strokous, Sigrid Agren, Kate King, Tati Cotliar, Ruby Aldridge, Josephine Skriver, Aymeline Valade, Kaitlin Aas, Josefine Rodermans, Lindsey Wixson, Zuzanna Bijoch, Melissa Tammerijn, Jasmine Tookes, Joan Smalls, Alana Zimmer, Liu Wen, Oscar de la Renta
