Climate Now Live Debate: What’s the state of the European climate today?
To mark the publication of the Copernicus Climate Change Service’s annual European State of the Climate report, we ask experts how rising temperatures are impacting Europe in this live Climate Now debate on 24 April at 14.00 CEST.
We discuss the growing health risks of heat stress, explore the reasons behind the record temperatures in the ocean, and explain why it seems to be raining so much.
We dig into the specifics of how we’re going to adapt, as well as efforts to cut our greenhouse gas emissions across Europe.
