It’s Paris Fashion Week and the partygoers are celebrating the launch of Elle magazine in China, though the party’s in Paris. Elle is the first high-end women’s fashion magazine launched in China since 1988. More than 600 guests were at the event from China, France, and all over the world. The celebration took place at The Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-arts de Paris. Actress Hofit Golan is our host for FashionTV as we follow her into the exclusive party. Explore the island couture of Palmas on FashionTV!

Led by designer Pedro Palmas, local luxury label Palmas brought an elevated masterclass in island elegance and high-end tailoring to the Gran Canaria Swim Week 2026 runway.

The new collection explored the intersection of structured design, fluid movement, and organic island palettes. Rooted in rich earth tones – ocean blues, warm terracottas, palm greens, and sandy golds – the line seamlessly integrated body-contouring swimwear with opulent beach-to-evening resortwear.

The highlight of the presentation was the contrast of tactile ribbed Lycra against flowing silk-blend organza overlays, sweeping kaftans, and waist-sculpting draped silhouettes. Reinterpreting classic couture draping through a modern lens, Palmas delivered a sophisticated collection designed for effortless jet-set transitioning.
