FashionTV has the inside scoop on the Dsquared2 Fall/Winter 2012-13 fashion show during Milan Fashion Week. We caught up with the duo designers as they let us know what the creative inspiration was behind the collection. “Inspiration is it’s the final year in high school and the boys are in class and the girls are getting ready in the gymnasium for the final dance,” says Dan Caten. “It starts off casual, there’s denim, there’s sweats, then the show evolves, the lights go down and the disco ball goes on and they’re in their prom dresses, evening wear, cocktail dresses and it’s just sexy,” Dean Caten explains. The runway consisted of a very sixties vibe as the models sported a bouffant hairdo and leopard-print pumps.The collection included a variety of cropped pink pants, crocodile jackets, collared blouses and rhinestone embellished dresses. As for this teen-spirited fashion show, there is nothing but sweetness and sex appeal in the air.
