http://www.FashionTV.com/videos ROME – “Nuance” is the entitled name Lebanese fashion designer, Tony Ward gave his Fall/Winter 2012-13 couture show. The name refers to the collections tones and playful colors such as dark blue and silver. The talented designer made use of a variety of cuts, sleek designs, shimmering embellishments and sheer fabric. The collection featured long gowns and cocktail dresses in vivid shades, detailed drapings and of course, sexy thigh high slits perfectly displaying a woman’s hourglass figure. The gowns included handmade precious embroideries, transparent colors, lace and soft silks. The collection was inspired by Renzo Plano and Santiago Calatrava’s structured and artistic shapes. Most of the collection consisted of very luxurious beading and detailing which sets this collection apart from the others. The show closed with a model wearing a shimmering white bridal gown with a drape cut clinging to the body and a fishtail bottom. As for this season, Tony Ward’s woman is romantic and delicate.
