‘Federalism to counter independence movements’: Spain socialist leader Pedro Sánchez
Independence campaigners in Spain are very much awaiting the outcome of the referendum in Scotland.
A similar vote is planned in Catalonia in November, which the Spanish government in Madrid strongly opposes.
