http://www.FTV.com/videos MILAN – Guests are sipping champagne prior to the Trussardi show at Milan Fashion Week. The show is held in an outside venue. “It’s my first womenswear show. I’m very touched and honored, because it’s not only my first womenswear line, but it’s more importantly the family’s 100 years,” says designer Umit Benan, “It’s very mature clothing, a very mature line.” The collection is young generation traveler. Models carry suitcases and wear burnt orange trench coats and white suiting with pinstripe blue tops. “What we saw was respectful on the tradition of Trussardi,”says Vogue Japan Creative Consultant Anna Dello Russo. Suits get darker with navy blues and reds and jumpsuits are cinched with burgundy belts. “The character is very sophisticated, very intellectual,” says Benan.
