Polish MP lights up cannabis incense
http://www.euronews.net/ A libertarian Polish MP who threatened to smoke a joint in parliament has tested the country’s new anti-cannabis laws which allow police to arrest those caught in possession of small amounts of soft drugs. Janusz Palikot lit marijuana laced incense instead as part of his campaign to legalise cannabis possession.
