Earlier this month, Canadian PM Carney joined a summit in Oslo with the leaders of Nordic nations to discuss deepening cooperation on Arctic security. In this video, we’re taking a look at the new informal Arctic alliance and explain why Canada and the Nordics are increasing their cooperation.
