“Briefing Russia on very sensitive matters is greatly concerning,” says former EU Commission president Barroso, speaking to #EuropeToday about Hungary allegedly leaking EU secrets to Russia.
Budapest has claimed talks before and after EU summits do happen but are part of diplomacy.
