The energy inside the main Paraiso runway tent at Collins Park reached a fever pitch as the Vogue Mexico y Latinoamerica Collective Runway Show took center stage. Curated by Karla Martinez de Salas, the Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Mexico and Latin America, the highly anticipated group presentation served as a powerful platform for an incredible wave of established and emerging Latin-owned and international designers.
The collective effortlessly bridged the gap between heritage craftsmanship and forward-thinking luxury, proving that modern resort wear is as much about artistic storytelling as it is about style.
The runway came alive with a breathtaking diversity of aesthetics, showcasing the multi-dimensional talent pulsing through the region.
Sinesia Karol set an elegant tone by opening the presentation, paving the way for a dynamic procession of looks from designers including Elsie in Naples, Sandmade, Eight, Ruta del Sol, Delalu, Etnia 36, Gengi, and the heavily embellished retro-glamour of Oceanus. Standing out among the curation were labels like Doblespiral, which infused the evening with deeply texturized, locally rooted artistry, and Palondre the Label, which captivated attendees with an effortless beach-to-bar sophistication.
From sheer, flowing cover-ups and bold geometric cutouts to sunset-washed palettes and metallic accents, the collective masterfully redefined the boundaries of swimwear, leaving an indelible mark on the global fashion calendar.
