Easy to do with minimal movement in the scene being revised. Not so easy though is coming up with a message more congruent with the situation. In Zelensky's case, the fact his Azov security would never let him make such a statement.

Cool. Best way to reduce these falsifications is to have a daily newspaper being held by the person, and a witness on either side. It is not an infallible solution, however, it is a “tool” to assist greater security systems.
