AI uses the new superchips , GPU + CPU combos , programs like C++ and Python and Large Language Models , LLMs, and skills in all of them. Europe must build these Chips and these skills inside the EU or it will never amount to anything, in my opinion.

In my opinion we must get our Facts right : It all started with OpenAI , founded in 2015 by Brockman, Sutskever, Murati , Altman , etc. and the main financial backer , Elon Musk with € 50 million, and who came up with the name OpenAI to clarify the nature of the new idea : Open Source and Non – Profit . Without Elon Musk there would be no OpenAI , and it was later when Altman as CEO created a For – Profit and Closed – Source subsidiary and made a deal with a software company when things started to go wrong, and Musk resigned. "OpenAI – Wikipedia " . Altman's greed is the problem , Musk was the original solution : Open Source and Non Profit. Its very sad to see these Europeans again on the wrong side of History, what a disappointment Europe is sometimes ! Can you try to get it right ?

Law Enforcement must be able to use all the tools available in case of a potential Terrorist Attack, Children Kidnapping or High Crimes and Weapons potential cases , as well as spying and potential bio – crimes , etc. To suggest otherwise is helping the terrorists, the criminals and pedophiles. Laws must be logical and to defend the Taxpayers, not be stupid and against the Peace and Security of the People .
