I think it should be investigated if the European Union now and then is legislated with the Bible written as a story. The word immunity (Latin immunitas, freedom from obligations to the state) comes from a religious revelation from the middle ages, most likely from a pope to become lawless, and which has since been rewritten into full immunity, personal and functional immunity (legally, cannot be prosecuted for criminal act) to the kings (head of state), presidents, and prime ministers, for law decisions and actions. The political exploitation of the vital ecosystem has now led to forest death (force majeure) and how will it affect people's economy, etc?

What Actually is the European Union?…Well there is France and Germany 'who sold £230million of military hardware including bombs, missiles and guns to Moscow' – likely used in Russia's invasion of Ukraine – despite EU-wide arms embargo in wake of 2014 annexation of Crimea.
The EU banned 'the direct or indirect sale, supply, transfer or export of arms' Countries used a technicality that permitted contracts signed before 2014, France was responsible for making €152 million as part of 76 export licences.

As an EU citizen who is not much into politics I'll say at best is that the EU is a loose confederation and at worst a big trading union which has freedom of movement of goods, people and business(capital/money) that also makes some laws.

It,s a Trading Post that was set up to aid Member States to acquire goods at reasonable rates. but was not kept in check , until it grew into the monster it is today. Now it,s totally out of control . and will eventually self implode . it,s a case of it enforces laws and fines on its own Masters, the PRESIDENTS and Commisioners in an Office block is unbelievable. IT,S A BAD STATE OF AFFAIRS WHEN THE EMPLOYEES ARE LAYING DOWN THE LAW TO THEIR EMPLOYERS. 27 Member States need to shut this down before it goes down the drain and takes them all with it.

If you ask me the best description of what the EU is is "It's an egg"
It will either "hatch" by federalizing to form a proto "type 1 civilization" as it takes a path that upholds democracy and the well being of its people while entering a phase of rapid technological advancement or the egg will "go bad" courtesy of isolationist, reactionaries and those who wish to remain adhered to US foreign geopolitical and economic policies.

As the EU is not a living beathing human being, so it must be a businss or a charity. This is based upon the EU to have a bank acount it must have a legal identity, and to get this legal identity is would have to register as a business or posibley a charity. People get their legal identity when thier parents register their birth or for a business when a person registers a business or charity. The EU is a third party business, which uses agreements with members to legal bind them to the EU, and passes of these agreements as law which they are not as the EU is not a soverign state and threatens them with legal actions in the ECJ which is not a real court as it does not belong to a sorverign state, it is a construct of a business.
